Cadillac Fairview’s innovative redevelopment of the former Don Mills Centre provides a high-quality retail and commercial destination, as well as a new residential neighbourhood and Town Square. It is the first Urban Village in Canada to integrate residential and commercial environments.

The proposed residential component, REFLECTIONS Residences at Don Mills (Phase 2), will complement the commercial component, Shops at Don Mills (Phase 1).

      Two public open spaces are to be provided, totalling over 60,000 square feet:

      • A Town Square in the retail component will feature various programmed events throughout the year, as well as an oval ice skating rink during the winter
      • A public park in the residential component will offer over 45,000 square feet of space

      Cadillac Fairview along with FRAM Building Group will develop quality residences: REFLECTIONS Residences at Don Mills.The overall residential plan includes the construction of six building complexes plus one conversion project with the towers ranging in height from 12 to 26 storeys. To be phased in over seven years, a total of over 1,300 residential units will be built.
