SETTLEMENT REACHED
This month, lawyers for the City of Toronto, Cadillac Fairview, FRAM Building Group and Don Mills Residents Inc. will head to the Ontario Municipal Board agreeing to terms of a negotiated settlement.
City Council voted 37-3 in favour of a settlement that will allow Cadillac Fairview and FRAM Building Group to develop and build 1,387 residential units.
70 PERCENT SOLD
As of March, 2010, 70% of the suites at 85 The Donway West have sold and ground breaking is scheduled to commence this Fall, 2010.
Plans are afoot for the next building, 75 The Donway West, with marketing tentatively to commence in late Fall, 2010.
REFLECTIONS Residences at Don Mills is a LEED candidate building with the Canada Green Building Council. Using LEED criteria, a builder can make a positive contribution to the health of people, communities and the natural environment by complying with voluntary performance standards in sustainable sites; water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources and indoor environment quality.
