Now the latest in high-end women’s day to evening co-ordinates is just steps away at SPANNER’s new 3,600-sq.-ft. flagship-showcase store at Shops at Don Mills. It’s the company’s first freestanding store in Canada and the perfect place to launch the company’s new Spring 2009 Collection as well as its new logo.
“The presence of the first free-standing SPANNER showcase store, at a unique and premiere retail location such as the new Shops at Don Mills, will serve to elevate and increase the brand’s awareness within a leading fashion market such as Toronto, and also on a wider scale as Shops at Don Mills attracts shoppers who are visiting the city,” says Geoffrey Lago, President and CEO of SPANNER Ltd.
The new store’s design concept was created with aesthetics, functionality and customer comfort in mind, with each element working in synergy to provide an enhanced shopping experience. The urban-chic interior features a 20-ft. ceiling, a warm palette of colours and geometric-inspired flooring. The generously sized fitting rooms are decorated with custom designed wall coverings while a serenity waterfall feature provides added privacy and a calming atmosphere. There’s also a spacious lounge area equipped with individual LCD monitors aimed at those waiting for shoppers.
Established in 1973, the privately-owned Canadian company has 14 sales agencies across North America and a design studio in Toronto. The brand seasonally markets mini-collections, each offering multiple wardrobe options that allow women to create their own signature style, from polished professional to confidently creative. With the new location, SPANNER devotees will finally get the entire selection of each seasonal collection under one roof.
